It’s an exciting time of year as 8th grade band and orchestra students begin preparing for their transition to the high school instrumental music program! As part of that transition, mandatory evaluations will be held March 13, 14, 20, 27 and 28. This is an evaluation, not an audition, for participating in the high school instrumental program. 8th grade students will receive a letter in the mail letting them know what they need to prepare for their evaluation. The Community Days event does culminate on the same day as our Fall Craft Fair, but it begins on Wednesday, so there is plenty of time to make it to both.

The IMA earns $20 for each test drive.
No sales pitch or strings attached, just test drive the car.
We Need 300 Drivers.
All drivers will be entered into a raffle for tickets to a Penn State football game.

Enjoy the Philadelphia Soul’s playoff game on August 7, 6:00 PM at the PPL Center and support your favorite high school marching band at the same time!
Again this year, the IMA will have an Ice Cream booth at the Palmer Community Weekend.

The EAHS Instrumental Program is in need of some new instruments. With your support, we will be able to purchase these instruments and continue to provide a quality instrumental music experience.
What do we currently need?
4 Double French Horns. These instruments are $2,750 each.
6 Mellophones. These instruments are $1,300 each.
